Im currently managing Sutton Utd, 2010/11 season and we're about to start our 3rd season in the conference.
The first 2 seasons started of promising, but dropped off after xmas, now im thinking if i can go full time, my players will train better and maybe last a whole season better. But how do i get to turn full time?

You are a manager. Manage your team. Let the board and chairman worry about when to go pro.
It's not your problem. When the conditions are right in the game the "board" will make you go pro. Until then make do with what you've got. We have to.
I dont want YOU to do anything! I asked a question, one i think applies to LLM as its a LL clubs progression, and you start with the attitude and grief!
I thought this was suppsosed to be a community? You know, where people are civil to each other! I havent asked for the 20 best players, advice on how to win etc, so whats the problem?
The problem is, that Quinny answered your question in a perfect manner but you seem to demand more and more.
Like he said, your task in Championship manager is to manage the team. Negotiating sponsorship deals, deciding if the team should announce itself as a professional club and other things are the job of the club chairman and the board of directors, not yours.
Concentrate on the things you can (and should do) as a manager. There's no need for abuse if you don't get the type of solution to your problem you expected or wished for.
Firstly, the only link I can see between your question and LLM is that you are talking about a team in a lower league. This forum is more than that, and if you actually read some of the threads you might realise this.
Secondly, I haven't given you any attitude or grief. You'd know it if I had. My point is that this game is called "Football Manager" not "Football Chairman". Your job is to manage a team within the resouces the board gives you. When the board/AI believes certain conditions are met (usually promotion to the league) then your team will probably become professional.
