hello. ive just started a game as the manager of york, english conference national. normally i play as a premier league team and usualy only play around 5 seasons, i only started playing when cm04 came out so yeah....
just wanted ask since there was lower league manager forum what kind of things you guys can help me out on? i also plan on playing as this manager for hopefully 20 years.
thanks guys
well i started with no transfer money which is kind of damaging, just wondering about what is the differences between the premmie league and the conference national. do i have to play anything differently?
We also like to start in the very basement league of whatever country we're in: so Conference North/South in England.
In this forum, we like to play the game in a particular way to try and make it as authentic as we can. The rules thread will let you know how we do things here.
If it's tips and advice you're after, you'd be better off in Tactics and Training or Good Players' Guide: because we don't offer tips in here.
If you do decide you like the ideas that have been constructed over time to define the way of LLM, then welcome!
Fat bloke. The biggest difference between the Conference and Premier League is the amount of money available to you and the quality of players (and staff) that you can attract. Otherwise the basic rule is the same, try to outscore your opponent in every game. Conference is fine for your first LLM excursion.
But apart from the money. the players, the stadium, the state of the pitches, the crowds, the staff, the club reputation, the sanitation, the medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, a fresh water system, and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?
