I'm just starting my trip at Giugliano, chanlenging for the Serie C2/C in Italy, and in the day before the start of the league (Cup match behind my back) the finances of my poor employers are in red lines and down!
This must be because they have open more than they have for transfers (60K), and i used some part of it, bus the losses are tremendous!
At July, the first month, the loss was of =~ R$400K (£40K), in August they recorded =~ R$250K (£25K) and in september i already see a red big R$200K (£20K) in the Balance!
Well, i have expended R$200K (£20K) in the bought of a 20y/o Young Centre Back (I love the green sets in his stats) and that was all! I have expended just 3/2 of the entire Tr.Budget.
I'm now figuring out what i did wrong, because this situation forces me into the promotion (on a mid-table expectation) and my squad isn't even remote candidates to that!!!
Came on *Dad*... it's, somehow, my fout also! (never think i was going to say this!) If we use the money as we wish we must have the "Busyness Man" mind also! And if they Bankrupt? My players will be selled for Bananas price!
Another thing i have noticed is that selling players at the start of the game become very dificult in this version!!
In FM2005 i always sell everybody in a bunch.. starting a little better in my boots...
In FM2006 the offer to clubs just doesn't work and the expenses are VERY larger... it's driving me crazy!!
Losing money at a very fast pace is perfectly normal in the Italian LL, dGreb. My board have been propping up huge losses since my first day in the job (Montichiari).

If you hear even the least bit about Italian football, you'd see that clubs care more about winning than being in debt...
