You can use search for staff as the job centre doesn't work too well. Just pick one who is unemployed and obscure or unproven in reputation to start with,as you get ptromotion and your rep and that of the team improves attract better staff.
You can sign as many as you want AFAIcare, although Taipan did have a web page that gave an idea of how many staff you have on average at each step in the ladder.

Far be it for me to break up the party, but I assume that the the use of CMscout or FMscput is whaht the regulars are objecting to. These being derived somehow from the editor (I don't know, I have never tried either).
As Far As I know new posters may not be aware of typical forum slang, just as I was not aware what L33t was all about.
I think that the original poster has made two sensible posts with a bit of attitude in them that is well in keeping with the general aura of the forum, give him a break guys.
Oh and surely Elder Scrolls 4 will be out before the next Millenium as I do not see global capitalism going away anytime soon.
