Actually it is a good one for this place. I can imagine it gives you trouble in FM. How do you manage to get all your players and staff on the same weekly wage? And what do you do when the board takes profit out of the club, resign?

Communism = the Marxist ideal realised. So then all players and backroom staff on the same wages would be the ideal for the Marxist manager to strive to achieve , along with the same squad status; rotation player would be best, as all the rest imply some form of class-based inequality . dGreb, it could be Stalinist if you had a five year plan to get promoted :p
