My team is filling out our stadium which we do not own so therefore cannot expand .

Does anyone know how to get a new one ?

Does it depend on how much money we have ?

How much approximately does a new stadium cost ?

How much is a road? Depends, do you want it retail or wholesale; by the foot or by the meter?

You can ask the board to get a stadium; it is the most straightforward approach. Now, whether they will listen to you or not that's another issue.
