On a previous save, I had Ribery turn from an Either footed player to a Right footed player. In my current game, Bonera had turned into an either footed player from a right and Rosina, either from left. Therefore, I am just curious is there anything I'm doing that is causing all this. Any ideas anyone?
It may have something to do with keeping a player in one position. For example, if you have an either sided player, who continually plays on the right, it makes sense that eventually he will perhaps lose something of his two-footed ability.
I like to sign players who can play with "either" foot, as it gives me more options with injury cover and formation changes.
hmm....what you said does make sense. Either footed players do seem to have a stronger foot though, so if are correct, and i play a player on his weaker side of the field, maybe he will always keep his ability to play with both feet.
It might not necessarily say that he is either footed but you can check if you go to his positions section (oo er) it will tell you there which foot is stronger. Whilst it may not appear as if he is good on the left it will give you a rating e.g. strong, very strong etc.

It makes sense that players could improve their wrong foot- but it would be ridiculous if players who can play with both feet lost this ability under any circumstances.
Then again we are talking about a game where players who learn a new position can "forget" it if you take them off that specific positions training.........
