Just had a message in my inbox that two managers had been sacked after african nations cup.

Wondered why I had received this message, (not relevant to my team), so decided to look at managers stats in case they might be of some use as say coaches. Rubbish stats.

Anyway, I did notice that both these managers had been in charge of their respective national teams for over 2 years, but the knowledge(scout) bar for those countries was only about 30%.

How can a manager be in charge of a country for over 2 years and have little knowledge of that country? No wonder they got sacked.

Checked other countries with foreign managers and found same lack of knowledge.

Could have weak domestic leagues and all their decent players abroad?

Could be right Scath, in my current game both Argentina and Brazil have foreign managers with best players overseas, but there is plenty emerging talent in both countries.

Maybe they only look at the top players for that country and dont bother scouting the unknowns.
