Not a bug i don't think, as it's just the way the game is made so i put it in here. After a controversial decision you are sometimes asked to give your opinion. I just don't understand why it is you are only punished if replays suggest you were wrong?
It's seemingly based on the logic that if have had a bad decision you can say what you want post match!
Correct me if i'm wrong but this isn't realistic at all? If a manager goes mad at the ref it doesn't matter if the decision was right or wrong - he'll be punished! This idea that the FA will turn a blind eye to your effing and blinding just because the ref made a mistake is very strange i find. The decision whether to punish a manager is based on the severity of his criticism, not how justified he is.
(On a side note, i don't really like the way you can only find out whether your decision was right or wrong by risking punishment as well, that piece of information ('replays suggest xyz') should be available to you before you make a decision to vent your anger! I sometimes just get angry at the ref just for peace of mind so i know whether i copped a bad one or not! It would be nice at least if you were given the 'replays suggest' line after you say 'the ref was right' or make no comment - even if they don't give it to you before you make the comment)

Very important point. It's fine for things like offsides where you can watch the replay and make an informed decision, but for things like fouls you have to guess based on the reaction of your players. I think we could do with a bit more help in choosing the correct option in these situations.

Flawed logic behind FA silence over criticism? Post #3
The FA have always been silent to my criticism, all you have to do is read the match commentary and see if they say it looked dubious, totally ignoring the 2-d match engine.
