When a player is transfer listed and you bid the asking price that it says they will not be rushed into the deal and then next minute another club have bidded and the deal is accepted?

Because FM isn't adjusted between the AI and the human players at all. It treats them both identically and any disparity you might notice is entirely coincidental.

Or, if you ask me, it's fixed.

No its not fixed its because you set a deadline take that away and you will be fine.

It's not fixed, if you take away the dealine they will accept. Teams won't accept hardly asny offer if you put a deadline on it, flawed but thats how it works. Remove the dealine and bid again. OR, just blame the game for cheating, like most others seem to do.
