It's impossible! I went into my current game unemployed, and took a job at ABC in the Brazilian 3rd Division.
I've won the state league (against higher division opposition) twice in my 2 seasons, including cup runs on both years. The first season I struggled in the 3rd division, but the second season I only just missed out on promotion despite the board only wanting consolidation.
Now I'm bored with ABC and want to move on, maybe to England or somewhere else in Europe, but despite a relatively successful spell (61% win rate) I can't get a job, even in the English League Two.
Is this because Brazilian leagues are crap? Or am I not as good as I think?! Help!
Resign first, then get a new job. It's not ideal and it seems SI have put too much emphasis on the compensation factor but you should get a low job in England at least.
