Firstly go into preferences and tick the box that say show id numbers in the graphics window. You need to know the number of the player so when you do this and return to the game you click on the player and the number will be under his name.
next, go to the graphics section of your files and look for the team that you have put him in (assuming you have graphics for that side). Where all the picture files are there will be a config.xml file. You need to open this and you will see all the players have lines designated that name the file and then where it is going (which will be a id number)
Copy one of those lines and then paste it at the bottom, then change the file name on the pasted line to your players file name (no caps) and the id number to whatever your players name is.
Then save and close.
Make sure you put your player pic in the same folder as the team and then next time you start your game you should see him.
Let me know which parts here I was ambiguous on. I'd be happy to explain further.

| That's the oooold way!!
When you start up a new game, add a new user (it has to be a new user, and you can't use an old profile). Add the new user using the wizard (rather than advanced options). One of the last steps is to add a photo to your profile. Simply browse through your folders to the picture you want, double click it and hey presto! Your photo will appear on your profile! Magic.

| Right click on the XML file and open in notepad rather than letting it open in a web browser.
