I'm playin' as Scun'horpe and on matchdays, the kit that shows up is the standard green template kit. Same with the colouring where the club logo is in the corner (On matchdays)

well when i go in2 the info screen 4 liverpool the standard white shirt is there and not the kits i added, but the rest of the prem works apart from liverpool away n 3rd

You should install custom graphics into the "My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\graphics" and ensure you refresh your caches.
You can clear the cache on the Preferences screen by going to the 'Display & Sound' section and deselecting 'Use Skin Cache' and then selecting 'Always reload skin on confirm'. Then select 'Confirm'.

And I tried moving the graphics to my documents etc, nothing happened.

Why not just re-download the kits then? That's what I'm gonna do. It might work.

We'll take a closer look at this tomorrow to see if anything unusual has happened to the system (can't think of any logical reason why these custom kits wouldn't work though).
