sorry if its been asked before but....

is it possible to create a Reserve, B/C, or U19 team using this current editor?

one other thing:

when a affiliated has the option "Players Move Freely" checked, exactly what does it mean?

i added Sporting Afrique(S-League) as Chelsea's affiliated club and checked the that option only, as well as main club. However, when I started a new game, I couldn't move any players to Sporting Afrique!

Can anyone help me out on this?

The player move freely thing means that if Sporting Afrique had a really good player you could move him to Chelsea for free.
