Is there a way how to delete a relations from a player or can i create a relations. you know what i mean...?

Come on answer some one please.. Is there any ways of deleting/adding relations on FMM.

can i just ask. when creating a relation between players. say i made a player with dirtyness 20. and diving into tackles. and winding up oponments. and they disliked a certian player. would it be highly likly that my created player would 'hack' the other player.
if not then how would i go about doing this?
