Is there anyway I can make a super player.. I have created a player with all attributes on 20. but it keeps to falling down.. and goes down to 16 or`is there any way to make this player not to fall any attribute?

stats will fall if your coaching staff are not up to scratch and if he is not training enough

I have the same problem and it's not related to coaching or his professionalism. Maybe it's just the developer's way to prevent the player from cheating ?
It seems you can't create a Pele in this game, although Brazil and Santos had one.

You cant put the current ability in 200. If the current and potencial are 200, the player can't evolve. You have to put the current ins 100 or 150 (depends on the age) and the potencial 200. Then you put the main skills in 20, 19 or 18 and average in the rest.

The game will not allow for a player to have a complete set of 20 stats as this is obviously impossible as no player is perfect.
