So like, I created a list of important attributes for each type of Staff. The reason I did this is because I'm very confused of which attributes are important for what type of job (not just Staff, but Players as well). Looking at all the debates over CA/Attributes here, I don't think I'm alone in this. I realize there's a rating for Players of each position on Genie Scout (do you lads agree with the coefficients?), but it wasn't available for the Staff. So I also took note of the Genie Scout's version of important attributes for each Staff position. I hope you lads find it useful, even improvement your scouting programs.
The method: I just learned from here that even if you set an attribute to 1, if it is an important attribute then the Game will force-adjust it in relative to the person's CA. So what I do is I set all attributes to 1 (including Mental Traits) and CA/PA to 195/200. I created 5 of these people, so there's one for each Prefered Job category in the Editor (Coach, Fitness Coach, Goalkeeping Coach, Ass Man and Manager). Here's the result:
PS: Pardon the formatting. Oh, do note that I don't take Working With Youngster as consideration. I think that Attribute is more like a bonus to a Staff position, like Adaptability, Level Of Discipline, Hardness Of Training. There are some peculiarities, so I hope someone can explain ex: why a Coach need Coaching Fitness attribute.
