Is there a tactic for those, like me, who doesn't want to sit 15 minutes/match and fix small things with tactics?

I want a tactic where i can just press play and then let the game play until halftime/full-time.

Come on, at least half the topics on the main page of this forum are tactics. It took you longer to write this thread than it would have to click their links.

Yeah, but most of them are tactics where i have to set instructions for the player for every match or where i have to tweak somethings so it will fit the tactics of the team i'm playing against.
