i am lens in the french league.
after testing some formations i found that a
4-1-2-1-2 was amaing its like this

my defencive midfielder has a Barrow and my midfielders have through balls high and tempo fast.
my attaiking midfielder has a really good finishng and heading stats and that fits well as he has a Farrow and my two strikers have:
Left striker Larrow, right striker Rarrow
both my fowards are very quik meaning my attaking midfielder scores alot of headers and in general goals
depending on my choice of strikers i take away one of my strikers arrows and use him as a target man
by the way my strikers cross balls is on often.

please tell me if this works for you as i am second in the french first league drwan on points with lens and i have nurtuered and sold 4 youth players making them all described as wonderkinds with this formation.

Finally my two strikers have a sarrow each and Cross ball often, both my strikers are very quick meaning my attacking midfielder scores a lot of headers, and general goals. Depending on my choice of strikers, I take away one of their Sarrows and use him as a target man.
