Franky Superb tactic. I thought I would try this out with a different team as I'm always Ipswich so I decided on Bristol City. With 10 games gone 1st in the league w7 d2 l1. And like you've said just keep to your 4 main rules and I do and Hey Presto.

nice tactic if you like all action box to box midfielders!
15 game unbeaten run with Evertob

in everygame i've seen with the keane/scholes etc midfield, those guys seem to really get stuck in and more. does this tactic emulate the hard tackling midfield?
they played pretty high defensive line as well (i think). how does your tactic fare against the uber DC long balls?

Like I've said before superb tactic as with Bristol City I've now been promoted as champions of League One. I only lost 7 league games all season and conceded less than a goal every two games. Cant wait for next season.

beasley which version did you mostly use - i found the more attacking one less effective than the cautious version - also im not sure bout those barrows on dc - but i relly like how the two cms dove tail - even though both are on fwd runs often rarely do you catch both of them right up the pitch

Just switched to using this tactic set.
I'm Millwall in my fifth season and have made it to the EPL but have hit a wall.
Although I have a resonable team I'm mid table on a bad run. The problem I think is that I'm just using the one tactic and need some variation.
Anyway used the cautious tactic at home and my out of form striker (30+ hours without a goal) just netted a hattrick.
I like the idea of it not requiring one particuliar player and uses the whole team since I have a small squad.
I'll finish the season and let you know how I got on - its Feb at the moment.

| Probably because united had two more DM players back then, e.g Ince, Robson and Keane
