When I set team talk to my ass man he seemed to blurt out for the fans almost evrytime, and the moral dropped to little better than average. Anyone who had better experience with ass mans, can you say what he says in different suituations?

What's his motivation score? I'm thinking that's got to have something to do with it. I'm managing Darlington FC and I sacked Bagnall and got a much better assman after getting promoted, and I made sure he had a decent motivation score. That seemed to go okay, but I didn't like not doing it myself, so I went back to screwing it up so I felt more involved...

i always do the team talks and have had really possitive results so far seems logical that motivation would be key to a good team talk though...

i opt for 'you can win' if im favourites, 'wish lusck' if i think i might struggle, 'for the fans' if its against rivals etc.

half time you need to be paying more attention to how the players react to your talks in the ass man advice tab...if a players at a rating of 6 he may react better to a kick up the ass or encouragement depending on what kinda personality he has...if a players at 8 i say im pleased, 9/10 delighted and if its all round 6/7's i encourage or say im dissappointed depending on the score...my best example was 1-1 at half time against villa and won the game 4-1...also get a few possitive commentary's on the team talks
