How come you could have an absolutely dominating team, take my Middlesbrough team for example, in my 5th season now i've won Prem twice and Champs League once with them, have some of the best players around - Darren Bent, Michael Owen and Lasse Qvist as my main strikers (Ashton too but injured ATM), Craig Gordon in goal, Gareth Bale at LB, Curtis Davies and Woodgate at CB Lucas in CM alongside Diego (he cost a bloody fortune!). But what i can't understand is how with all that talent, all that class, after beating the likes of Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea, Barcelona, PSV etc i can lose to bottom place sodding Charlton!! I'm often winning 1 or 2-0 and come out in the 2nd half they'll have 3 shots, score them all then my players cant hit a cows backside with a banjo!!!....Any idea's how to prevent this? Or is it some sort of screw you over system built into the game because im not the only person this seems to happen with

Some people think the system contrives against them to make sure the AI wins. I happen to think that the AI adjusts to winning teams by fielding different formations and tactics until it finds the key to unlock your gameplan - or something like that - so I develop my tactics to cater for different scenarios, ie depending on what the AI is doing. I doubt there is a single tactic that will work and you will need something else up your sleeve to beat the AI when the going gets tough.

If your preformace drops drastically after halftime it may be your team talk. I'm seriously contemplating making my Ass Man do team talks now, people who do seemto have much more success as noone really knows when to use which ones.

The most amazing thing is you could have David Villa up front and he'll miss 5 one on ones, yet some second rate striker who's only decent stat is not a stat for strikers will score both of his 2 shots in the entire game.

But havn't any of you been listening to the mods? It's not the game at fault, it's your tactic that gets Villa one on one with the keeper 5 times in a game that making him miss.

I swear they think we're all ****in idiots, well the fan boys who scream at you for saying anything negative are obviously the idiots in question as they're still being duped by si into thinking there's nothing wrong with the game.
