im sure most of you are bored of noobs like me asking these questions, but i havnt really found what i am looking for yet... so i'll try and clarify my questions
1.
players getting worse through too light training / scedules not high enough in key areas or injury... how long to retrain these back up? or is it a very slow process
2. wtf - if i make training scedules to improve players - i end up with multiple players receiving treatment for injuries - if i decrease their skills get worse... what intensity do you guys use (overall rating and specific areas such as 'defending' for defenders) to improve 20-25 year old players without constant injury?
i have some good physios (high teens and 20 skill in physiotherapy)
i have coaching for 4 or 5 * in each catergory

i wanna know is there a cheat / trick? - 5 players out at a time is about right for me too
