Hi i was just wondering how do you get a player to teach/tutor another player??

You go to the young player's profile, click "player interaction", and you 'll get the option at the bottom of the screen, along with a drop-down menu of possible teachers. But only if he is eligible for tutoring.

how do you check that they are actually being teached by the player you want them to be teached by???

You choose the desired teacher and then tick one of the three tutoring options.

During tutoring, both the young player and the tutor are going to have a related message in their "personal" screen.

Just a warning: never have a player tutored by someone of lesser Determination, because this attribute is affected by tutoring.
