Ive bought Breno in the jan transfer market and he has singlely transformed my defence. But now has slt and is now feeling the pressure of public expectation.

What the hell do i do? Im thinking of keeping out of the team for a few weeks and keeping him wrapped in cotton wool.

Have you been given the chance to take some of the pressure off of him in the media?

otherwise, i would still just play him... not sure what keeping him out of the game would do, or am i wrong anyone?

no not really. I'd be gutted if he wanted to leave the club

just dont praise his performances and if anyone else does, try an calm it down a bit, but keep playing him every game, i think it takes players a lot longer to forget about their issues if they not playing

Place him in the reserves for a few weeks.
Or go onto Player Interaction.

See if you can do anything on that.

I never had that problem with him.

maybe in matches tell him theres no pressure on him in the team talks aswell?

I've had this problem many times before as i like to buy young. What i used to do was play the player in the reserves for a while until the concern disappeared. However it almost always came back when i reinstated them. I just let them play through it now. There isn't really anything you can do about it, it's just a learning curve, part of developing as a player. Slight concerns never noticeably affect the performances of my players anyway.
