Potential Ability, a number that when compared to the player's Current Ability(CA), will tell you how much his attributes will improve in teh future. For many younsters in the game, PA is not fixed at an exact figure(while CA always is), but is generated randomly within a certain range whenever a new game is started. The higher the PA is, the more the player will stand to improve in the future.

I'd advise you don't do that. It will slowly spoil your immersion in the game.

If you really want to, however, I or someone else will indulge you. Just think about it.
