Any tips on players i can get for reasonable value who are goin to help maintain te clubs premier league status aswell as its future?

When I was Sheff Utd, I got 6 major loan players, where I payed about 10% of their wages:

Nani - Man U
Caroll - Newcastle
Sunny
Romagnoli
Adrien
Hartley - Celtic

If Sheff Wed have been relegated to League One, you may be able to get a few of their players (Simek, Whelan, Foally) on the cheap.
