Firstly I'm Manchester United and Barcelona have accepted an offer of £21M for Bojan. What should I offer wages wise to make him accept?

Also, I've released a lot of my staff. Does anyone know any MUST HAVE staf members? (all areas)

Offer Bojan whatever he wants. He's well worth it. He'll probably ask for 100K+ since he's not keen to leave Barca. Sometimes he wont even discuss a contract. He's very expensive wages-wise. I got lucky when I signed him. He spent a season on loan with me and I praised him after every good performance. End of the season, I negotiated some money for him and he didnt ask for a ridiculous salary either. But he's well worth wages comparable to Rooney & Ronaldo.

Staff - not sure as their attributes change a lot. A good coach/ assistant manager is Ricardo Moniz. A good physio (must have actually) is Gianni Nanni. A good scout/assman is Marcel Desailly. A good first-team coach is Boro Primorac. Paulo Paixao is a good coach and even assman at times. Wolfgang Dremmeller is a great scout.
