I highly doubt anyone here will know, Orange bloke, hence the odd responses.
Why don't you start a game with your preferred leagues then go to the jobs page and see which clubs need a manager?

Sorry. I'm not following you.
Presumably the reason you want to know is so you can play as a managerless club?
With that assumption in mind, where's the time loss? You'll have to start the game under 6.0.3 anyway to pick said managerless team. So instead of picking a team someone here has told you (and I've already pointed out how unlikely this is) all you'd have to do is navigate to the jobs screen and pick a team with no manager to take over. Doesn't take more than 30 seconds longer, if you ask me, and that's far less than the startup time for the savegame.
