Ok usually i play in the higher leagues so have money and reputation, but there are only so many cups you can win before your appetite changes.

I have decided to manage Lewes in the Conference South, why? Because this is where i grew up and though it would be interesting to see what i can do with them.

So i guess my question is, are there any tops you can give me? Players to look for, advice on tactics.... Kind of a n00b to this lower league stuff
