Am well into my game now, but there's something I've noticed of recent, and I'm not sure as to why it's happening. My game seems to be overloaded with Italian players - this despite me not using the 'load all players' option, and I'm only running Serie A and B in Italy - and with a 'normal' database too.
Just wondered if I'm seeing something that isn't there, or has anyone else experienced something similar ?

Are there lots of Italian players in lower league clubs, also??
I don't know how it works in FM, but IRL some nationalities tend to have a "boost" from time to time. Nowadays, I think there are too many french players around.
Or it could be a bug.

Nah, I don't think it's a bug. Given you've got a couple of other leagues loaded, I'd expect you to have more Italians than Germans or Scots (from the leagues you've loaded) as there's probably more Italians plying their trade outside their native country compared to the others.
But then, thinking about it, I've got Ireland and NI leagues loaded in my game and there's a fair few Proddy Paddies cluttering up my searches compared to their Fenian cousins...
