You wouldn't find Hungarians when you're scouting central Europe Except the ones who already play in that cetral part. For Hungary you'll have to scout eastern Europe

My bad, I wasn't sure where central Europe turns into eastern Europe. So which countries would a central European scouting adventure encompass?
