I'm not bragging. What I meant was that in earlier version your personal attributes were rising no matter what you did. It was too easy to win trophys and get a great reputation as a manager. Now in latest FM you won't get anything for free. Neither silverware nor personal attributes. But I'm not sure whether those personal attributes have anything to do with your reputation or not.

Now in my current save with Flamengo my stats look like this:

Ability to handle pressure= 20
Ambition= 1
Loyalty= 12
Media Handling= 14
Professionalism= 13
Temperament= 10

Haven't been that succesful. Few wins againts bigger teams seems to get your ability to handle perssure high and everything you do seems to drop your ambition down to the bottom.

Well, as long as your reputation is national or higher should you care?

Ambition 13... Don't know how that is possible Managing Harrogate for 7 seasons know, before that 4 seasons with FC Emmen. Never applied for "higher" reputation jobs, never had a joboffer from a club (I did get 2 offers from countries) and never stated I would be intrested for a job whenever I was favourtie for that job.
