My ambition is also between 1 and 3, despite catapulting Maidenhead up the leagues and signing some good players.
Not that bothered to be honest.

As I mentioned, ambition seems to be a reflection ONLY of how ambitious you are to move on to new clubs and move up the ranks by changing jobs.

I think there are other factors:
- making big signings, and not selling your best players
- handling the media, being always convinced that you'll win titles and thrash the opposition
Doesn't really fit the profile of a LLaMa though. | |

My ambition was at seven but moved up to eight after I demanded a pay rise at my last contract negoiations, however it is already back to seven.
So maybe demanded a big wage is the way to move it up.

| I've done this routinely (well, not the titles part, since I haven't been given the chance yet), and yet my ambition has gone down. I still think it solely has to do with your personal ambition as a manager to move up the ranks, improve your reputation, make more money, etc.
