Now, it is 2015 and I've been offered the Liverpool job. As manager of Liverpool by LLM guidelines where can I scout? I am sure in reality Liverpool do scout globally but is that fine by LLM and the guidelines of this forum? What would an experienced LLM do?

I believe you can scout wherever you want, provided the team is in the Premier league and the bank balance is healthy.

We play as realistically as the game allows. Is it realistic for Liverpool to scout the globe? I'd say yes, even if the bank balance isn't healthy, because they're just a big club who have influence all over. Unless of course they've been relegated to League Two or something.
