I was wondering how you all feel about the Swiss Challenge League and whether it counts as LLM. I occasionally play there, and although I play with the same mentality, it doesn't seem quite the same as when I'm in charge at Workington or Solihull Moors. The problem is that it is only the second tier of the Swiss league system, so the clubs are relatively rich, stable and have talented squads - unlike many other "true" LLM leagues.
What do you all think?
Choosing the Team’s easy enough. Look for any Nation with more than one Division. Look at the Clubs in the Lowest Division. Choose one of these Clubs.
By definition, Lower League management can only involve Teams with more than one Division, but it’s been a sort of unwritten rule in the LLM community that playing a Club from a Nation with only one Division will be tolerated in the LLM Forum.

Just because the country doesn't have 4+ tiers it can still be LLM IMO.
Ask Frank for a team, you never know you might take them on to European glory or maybe spend 20 years managing in a lesser league.
Thanks for the advice guys, much appreciated. I'm normally more of a watcher on these forums rather than an active contributor, but now maybe I'll have some LLM saves from the Challenge League to post updates on
