I think he means How you decide who to manage, as there are so many teams how do you narrow it down.
Either that or it's a stupid question really.

I'm a KLLM (pronounced kill 'em). KLLM stands for Kinda Lower League Management. It is for non-hardcore people who enjoy taking a team to the top, however do not want to have it take for freakin' ever. One can either stick with the team or take better jobs. I tend to pick a L1 or L2 (depending on how patient I'm feeling at the time) side or something 2 or 3 levels down in Spain or Italy. As a carryover from previous versions, I tend to find teams with more seats as stadium expansion has been slow in coming about in games over 10-15 years. Maybe I can overcome this bias as 07 expanded pretty well.

So that's how I pick a team.

PS Oh, I also like teams that are red (but went with Bury this time despite).
