ive noticed that whenever i go on holiday, even if its only for a day here or there many of my team become slightly upset and "feel im not giving the team enough credit". wondering if anyone else has noticed this and wondering why it is happening? SI? anyone?

This happens if the team arent praised after a good performance- perhaps your Asst is not giving them enough credit. It is also worth giving individual players ( man of the match ) and consistent good performers praise in the media occassionally

i basically never praise my team after games. and have never had any player upset because of it. it only seems to happen when my assman takes over and he is not a bad ass man either.

he has motivation of 15. i understand that they may want more praise, i just think that my assman always stuffs up. even if i have an assman with extremely high motivation, discipline etc he still stuffs up.

I have reported this numerous times in the bugs forum, basically the assman is always an ass regardless of his stats. They all give the same teamtalk in the same situations. Unless the final scoreline is a win by a margin larger than 3 goals, he always gives "None" which in turn confuses and angers some of the players. One would think that an assman with a Motivation and Man Management of 20 would be more proficient in keeping the players happy.

This game still has a bug in terms of asking the assistant to do team talk. They don't do it right. They seem to do it randomly.

I usually get this if i say "warn against complacency" after a good win, so basically just say well done to your players and you´ll be fine.

My assman has 20 20 motivation and man management yet he always wants to tell my players "why cant you play like this every game" when we win, even if their performance wasnt that good or we are on a 10 game winning streak or there are players in the team coming back from injury who havent played for a few months.

Whenever I've gone with his suggestion there are at least 3 or 4 players angry/confused by the team talk. Keep doing it and they become unsettled because you arent giving the team enough credit.

Its like there are 2 separate parts to the coding written by different programmers. The assman thinks he is saying a variation of "well done" but the players think he is saying "your all useless"

your ass man can say whatever he wants it dont matter...

keep up to date with the fans opinion about players..

when they think a players doing well praise him and visa versa thats all you need
