you are missing the point matty566. the players are fine as long as im not on holiday. the assman is fine, as long as i dont go on holiday. it seems he has a personality change when i leave. when im there he takes control of team talk etc and there are no problems.

I've not been on holiday but when asking my asst for advice at the end of the game he more often than not gives the "Why can't you play like this every week?" coment.

This is even after a 10+ game winning run!?!?

In previous versions of FM this was sure to upset all your players
