Hi everyone, I've been a member of these forums for years, not posted yet until now.
Anyway....
I'm looking for someone that knows about Swedish football to answer this question,
Why are Brynäs IF not in the Swedish cup competition?
I am managing them and just gained promotion to the First division North from the Second division North Svealand and didn't notice at first, but my first season in charge, I had no cup games.
My first thought was because of my division, but there are teams not even in a league that get in the 1st round, like Laholm FK, Ulricehamns FK and lots more, even teams in the league I started in were in the cup 1st round.
So anyway, is this a bug or does the Swedish cup have some rules that exclude some teams?
