Has Anyone ever thought of a creating a Great Britain database/Super league or ever come across one?

TBH mate, there isnt much point. There are no teams from Wales that arent already in the english leagues that would make it. perhaps only 5 or 6 Northern Irish teams. And about 15 scottish teams. It woudnt take you much time or effort to do.

Yeah But Is there an easy way to change every english, scottish, N.Irish and welsh persons nationality to British

You might be able to add "British" as a second nationality in the database. But I don't know if that will even be possible, because I don't believe British even exists in the database. You'd probably have to change every player individually regardless, which would take forever. Why they haven't implemented this in the game is puzzling. It isn't that hard. The player can still be English, but with a second "nationality" of British...like in real life.

There's no such thing as a British FA, so there would be no point in giving people British Nationalities. It has no meaning in footballing terms.
