I am in my second season in the Russian league and enjoying it. I am having a problem with the u-20 homegrown rule. It says that I have to have 2 u-20 players trained by the club. What I have an issue with is I have three 18 yr olds in my sqaud, all Russian with second nationalities. One is considered HG while the other two are not. I don't understand why the other two are not when they came to the club at the same time and ahve been there for the same amount of time. Anyone know why I am having this issue?

Players are only considered 'homegrown' when they are the product of teh club's youth setup OR they have been at the club for 3 years between the ages of 16 and 21.

Thats the thing, all three have come up from the academy at the same time yet only one is considered HG. They are the same age, joined at the same time yet only one is HG, that makes no sence.
