Can anyone direct me to threads which tell you how to make your own kits and pictures?

I run fantasy team created by the editor in the conference south and would like to choose the colours of the kit they play in. I used to be able to do this with the FM06 editor but not in FM07.

I would also like to make some new player pictures to fill in gaps in some of the facepacks I have . I have found and converted the appropriate pictures to PNG but would like to know how to make a config file and what folder to put them in?
