Okay, so I've downloaded a few skins and I'm looking to put them into place.

The downloaded files are .rar and I've placed them in the c:documents/sportsinteractive folder, but still they aren't showing in the preference selection in game.

Am I doing something wrong or am I missing something?

common problem. dont worry.

if theyre rar/zip files - you need to unzip/unrar them with either winzip on winrar [ziprarziprar!]

you can get hold of them free, check google, or download.com

once theyre unzipped, create a folder called "skins" in your "football manager 2008" folder in "my documents", and dump skins in there.

they should then appear istantly in the drop-down menu in "preferences", and then you can apply them from there.
