Problem with creating a legendary player

I wanted to create in FM 2006 an all-time great, someone like Di Stefano or Pele and I used the editor to create a player with exceptional stats, like 17+ at almost all his atributes.
But I have a problem : after a while, his stats (some of them) drop a little, by 1-3 points.
Can anyone tell me how to prevent this ? I mean the stats I gave him to stay as they were.

If you place him at a club with poor coaches his stats will drop. If his Professionalism is set low he might not train hard and again his stats might drop.

Sorry, but that is not the case. My club has the best coaches in the world and his professionalism is maximum.
Also potential and current ability is set to maximum, so it's not the case.

this is every problem with everything connected with editing.i mean i had same problem.
i edited a little bit mental stats of henry as i remember,and his stats also falled after some not long time a lot into a really average player...

What is causing this?Maybe we cant build a perfect player,because pa =200 and it is some limit in game or what? can anyone explain it to us?because i also couldnt find explanation here

Are you sending players to non native countries? Pele to England ect if you are their stats will probably drop a little until they adjust. I think Adaptability is the attribute that controls how well they settle. Also are you giving them language English 20 that should help? Player attributes drop at the start of the session before their called back to their club for training.

well i know in fm 07 you can use fm modifer and set a players current ability over 200... you can also set attributes such as finishing to a maximum of 127... however i think if you set CA too high like a 1000 stats start dropping down... i think the farthest anyone should set CA with fmm is 400
