Hard to say really. I don't now if there's any, there probably is though, difference between the setup og WWSM and FM
And place it in you panels-directory of your FM-installation, ie. CSports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\panels

Sweeeet! =) I frigging love you for this! Made the game twice as good! Now I only got to reinstall the game to rid myself of the annoying 7.01 patch, then I will be a very happy man!
I don't know what you peoples do wrong to only get 25000 or 45000 peoples with a largew database. Maybe you don't make enough leagues playable or something, or FM2007 limit your database according to the specs of your computer or something. I have 64 leagues in 30 countries enabled I think and Genie scout says I have 109000 players, 26000 staff and 13700 clubs in the database.
Toby, go into preferences and make sure that the "Skin Cache" option is unticked (applying a patch reticks it, apparently). Then exit game and reload up and try again.
