Default Lost all Division and Competitions names
Need Help

I was saving changes that I had made to the FM Editor when my machine crashed. I restarted and loaded my saved game to find that I had lost all the Division and Competitions names in the game. I even tried creating a new game but the Division and Competitions name are missing on that too.

Is there anyway I can get these back?
