if when adding a player to a club, say for eg. myself to a scottish 3rd div team, i wanna make them good -10pa for eg.

how do i make sure the player stays content and happy so he can be there all the way to the scottish premier league?

i have set his loyalty to 20 and added the club as a fav. are there any other ways of ensuring he stays even tho the likes of celtic liverpool etc are interested??!

Low ambition (1) Also make sure the start date for his contract is at the date you begin the game (or thereabouts), should be "happy at his new club"
