Sugar Daddy - makes chairman pour ALOT of money into the club, much like at Chelsea.

Public Limted Company - Means that the club is a PLC and has been floated on the stock exchange: ie you can buy shares in the club (so takeovers are generally more possible via becoming the majority share holder).

Hardcore Fans - Not sure about this one, probably something to do with the likely hood of riots and club fines due to supporter unrest after matches??

I think hardcore fans in somethingh like the percentage that go to away game etc.
