I have been trying to edit my game so that Rangers are in the England. What i need to know is how to change the balance so that when i load the game the balance i change it 2 stays the way that i made it.What has been happening is i have been changing the balance , transfer budget and transfer budget remaining and the transfer budget and remaining transfer budget are the only thing that have been changing to what i changed it to when i edited it . The balance has just been staying normal and i dont know why because i have been editing that aswell PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS

So when i start buying players because i have managed to change the transfer budget i keep going in to administration because i end up millions in the red. I hope someone can help me with this issue

download fm07 modifier,its an in-game editor.download it from fm underground.i had the ame problem,but once i did this it gets really borin, no challenge atall.

I think the clubs balance is dependent on the chairmans resources. Use the editor to change your chairmans resources to 20 and then change the balance and it should stay as whatever you change it to (within reason)
